Personal representation on grievances, employment problems and disciplinary matters. These are the main services provided to members of CCEA. We are to represent you on all matters affecting your employment with the County. In accordance with Board Policy, CCEA will not be responsible for representing someone on a matter which is based upon circumstances occurred prior to the date of membership.
Professional Negotiations with the County regarding wages, fringe benefits, and all other terms and conditions of your employment.
Dues are $10.00 for Regular Membership and $7.90 for Fair Share Membership. As a note, Fair Share Members do not become a regular member of CCEA. The fair Share Member is not entitled to vote, be eligible for scholarships and/or legal representation.
